Axis 211M Network Camera

The Axis 211M Network Camera is a high-performance mega pixel camera, designed for professional video surveillance. It features a 1.3 mega pixel progressive scan sensor that delivers crisp and clear images, perfect for the identification of objects and persons.

The Axis 211M delivers superior quality, full frame rate Motion JPEG and MPEG-4 video streams using progressive scan. It has a built-in web server and provides video motion detection and advanced event management capabilities.

The Axis 211M fully supports the Power Over Ethernet IEEE 802.3af standard and works with compliant mid-spans and switches.

Two-way audio support allows remote users to listen in on an area and communicate with visitors or intruders. [See Overview]

The Axis 211M connects directly to an IP network, enabling remote monitoring over a local area network or the Internet via a standard web browser.

Axis 211M Network Camera - Accessories
•  The Videotec Verso Housing protects the Axis 211 against adverse conditions.
•  The Videotec Verso Cool Housing protects the Axis 211 against adverse conditions and enables the camera to operate in temperatures up to +50° C (122° F) by virtue of a built-in fan.
•  Power Over Ethernet mid-spans are available in 1, 6, 12 and 24-port versions (There is no need for a Power over Ethernet Active Splitter as the Axis 211M comes with built-in PoE support).
•  Milestone Xprotect is based on four main offerings scaled in functionality and price which offer multi-hardware support and robust performance. Milestone XProtect can control up to 64 cameras per server, with multiple servers and multiple sites.
•  Axis Camera Station software offers Windows PC users all the necessary video recording and monitoring functions for security surveillance. The software supports up to 25 cameras/video servers per installation and an unlimited recording database (limited only by hardware!).
•  Axis Camera Management Axis Camera Management is a powerful and efficient installation and management tool for use with Axis video products.
•  Axis MPEG-4 Decoder 10 user license pack
MPEG-4 is licensed technology. The network camera includes one viewing client license only. If MPEG-4 multicast is used, the number of viewers is unlimited, but each viewer still requires a separate MPEG-4 decoder license. Installing additional unlicensed copies of the viewing client is prohibited. To purchase additional licenses, see below.
