Modern Security Solutions AFIANT series of Network Video Recorders is designed to provide a scalable and complete surveillance solution.
The AFIANT series connect directly to your network and may be managed remotely via a local area network or the Internet. Simultaneous recording and remote access to live views and playback of recorded images from up to sixteen analogue or network-IP cameras is supported. Storage capacities from 250 GB to 2 TB are available.

Why add an NVR?
An NVR adds functionality and manageability to CCTV cameras. For example, analogue cameras in a network can gain the benefits of digital recording and playback. Not only are all cameras managed from one dashboard, but scheduling and alerting features enhance the system's overall usefulness. Using remote scheduling, recording may be continuous at specified hours, other times, it may only happen upon motion detection.
Installation and maintenance are simplified: three simple operations allow the AFIANT customer to be up and running in just 15 minutes, and the system uses ordinary network cabling and connections. In short, AFIANT recorders offer users the ability to pick and choose the cameras best suited to their needs, maximize their capabilities, and manage them from one reliable, easy-to-use interface.
The AFIANT Series Network Video Recorders (NVR’s) are based on the Linux operating system. They deliver rapid deployment and high reliability. As they are network devices similar to firewalls, they do not require any directly attached monitor or keyboard and can, therefore, be located in a more secure location than a normal DVR. For example an AFIANT could be located in a roof space or a cellar as access is done via the network for all configuration, set-up and operational tasks.
